Optional contact preferences — September 7, 2026

Requesting a company contact record is optional and separate from verified account access and subscriptions. You must submit your own accurate details. Product-marketing permission is not a condition of using or paying for SlotSure and can be withdrawn independently. See the contact privacy notice and email opt-out page. A saved contact address does not prove mailbox ownership or authorize account recovery, subscription transfers or paid access.

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be legally able to enter a contract and authorized to act for the business using SlotSure. By using the application, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Your responsibilities

• Enter accurate business, appointment, price, payment-link, policy, permission, and recovery information.
• Review every deposit recommendation, customer claim, processor record, candidate match, message, handoff, booking, and outcome before acting.
• Use lawful deposit, cancellation, refund, tax, and consumer disclosures for your jurisdiction and service.
• Obtain required consent and honor opt-outs, quiet hours, contact-frequency limits, and applicable laws.
• Protect your device, processor account, backup files, passwords, and client information.
• Do not use SlotSure to harass, deceive, discriminate, spam, or impose unlawful fees.

3. Local data, synchronization, and backups

The current release is local-first. Optional organization sync stores an encrypted limited workspace package and revision metadata so authorized devices can stay consistent. You are responsible for safeguarding recovery keys and maintaining appropriate encrypted backups. Deleting app data or uninstalling the app may permanently remove local records. Aetheris Sun LLC cannot restore local-only data or recover a lost backup password or organization recovery key.

4. Plans, subscriptions, cancellation, refunds, and taxes

Before a purchase, the checkout displays the plan, price, billing frequency, included access, seller or merchant of record, any tax collected for the billing address, and that the subscription renews automatically until canceled. Completing checkout is affirmative consent to those disclosed recurring terms. A receipt or acknowledgment capable of being retained is sent by the applicable billing provider. Prices, taxes, seller identity, and plan limits shown by the authenticated checkout control if they differ from general marketing material. See Taxes and Receipts.

You can stop web renewal online from Settings → Plan and billing → Cancel or manage renewal. Authentication may be required to protect the account, but support is not a prerequisite to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily leaves paid access available through the current paid period. Apple App Store and Google Play purchases must be managed through the store that billed them.

Cancellation and a refund are different. Refund eligibility, review windows, service-outage credits, duplicate or unauthorized charges, and legally required prorated remedies are described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. That policy is incorporated into these terms. Nothing in these terms limits a nonwaivable right under applicable law.

RevenueCat verifies entitlement status across supported platforms and initiates supported web purchase and subscription-management flows. Stripe manages Stripe Billing subscriptions and, for eligible Managed Payments transactions, acts as the merchant of record identified at checkout. Payment processors may charge the merchant their own standard processing fees under a separate agreement. A SlotSure subscription does not include future SMS, email, AI, calendar, or other metered usage unless expressly stated. Connected features may require a separate plan, quota, merchant-supplied account, or usage charge.

5. Recommendations and results

Deposit recommendations, policy simulations, candidate rankings, fee calculations, revenue estimates, and workflow prompts are decision-support outputs based on information stored in the app. A customer payment claim is not processor confirmation. Manual protection requires the merchant to check its processor record. Outputs may be incomplete or unsuitable for a specific business or jurisdiction. You remain responsible for final decisions. Results, successful payments, successful fills, and revenue are not guaranteed.

Optional referral program

If enabled for your verified account, the separate referral terms govern qualifying business referrals, reward limits, payment holds, and refunds. Promotional Gold-access days do not cancel, extend, or defer a store subscription or its next charge. Rewards are delivered separately from purchased entitlements; reversals never shorten membership you independently paid for. A saved code, click, share, download, or review alone does not earn a reward. The referral program is not offered while its activation and verification gates are closed.

6. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the application except where law permits, bypass plan or quota controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, infringe another person's rights, or use the application for unlawful or abusive activity.

7. Intellectual property

SlotSure, its interface, software, branding, and original content are owned by Aetheris Sun LLC or its licensors. You retain rights in the business data and materials you enter or create.

8. Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, legal compliance for every use, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Aetheris Sun LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use, lost local data, third-party handoffs, or merchant decisions.

9. Suspension, termination, deletion, and changes

You may stop using the app and delete local data at any time. An organization owner can delete the active encrypted cloud copy from Cloud data controls (Team and sync in an accepted Connected Suite release). Disconnecting one device does not delete the cloud copy used by other devices. We may change or discontinue features, restrict abusive use, or update these terms. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and communicated where required.
