This page explains how taxes, receipts, and billing addresses are handled for SlotSure subscriptions.
Checkout and the receipt identify the seller
The authenticated checkout shows the subscription price, billing frequency, seller or merchant of record, and any tax before purchase. Aetheris Sun LLC does not add a hidden tax or appointment-deposit fee after checkout.
1. Web subscriptions
Eligible web subscriptions are processed through Stripe Managed Payments, where Stripe or its identified affiliate acts as merchant of record for the transaction and calculates, collects, reports, and remits applicable transaction taxes. The checkout and receipt control and identify the actual seller. If a transaction is not eligible for that provider flow, SlotSure does not promise that the same tax treatment applies and may keep purchase unavailable while configuration is reviewed. A zero-tax checkout does not represent a promise that a purchaser has no separate use-tax or reporting obligation.
2. Apple and Google purchases
Apple App Store and Google Play calculate, collect, report, and refund applicable transaction taxes according to their store rules and the purchaser's location. The store receipt is the controlling billing record for a store purchase.
3. Business information
Provide an accurate billing country, state or province, postal code, and any other information requested by the billing provider. If the checkout supports business tax identifiers or exemption documentation, eligibility depends on provider validation and applicable law. Do not email tax IDs, card details, or identity documents to ordinary product support unless support gives you a secure approved method.
4. Refunds and tax reversals
When a web refund is approved and processed by the transaction's merchant of record, the provider processes the related tax adjustment supported for that transaction. Store refunds follow the applicable store process. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
