One workspace language. A separate language for every customer.

English

Each team member can choose the language shown on their device. Separately, a default customer language is used for new clients, and an individual client can have a different preference. GuardLinks, deposit messages, appointment-change requests and customer receipts keep the customer language captured when the record was created.

Reviewed language packs run in the app. SlotSure does not send customer names, messages or policy text to an AI translation service and does not charge a per-translation fee. Business names, custom services, custom templates and historical notes remain exactly as the merchant entered them.

Cada miembro del equipo puede elegir el idioma que aparece en su dispositivo. Por separado, se aplica un idioma predeterminado a los clientes nuevos y cada cliente puede tener otra preferencia. Los GuardLinks, mensajes de depósito, solicitudes de cambio de cita y recibos conservan el idioma del cliente registrado al crear el elemento.

Los paquetes de idioma funcionan dentro de la aplicación. SlotSure no envía nombres, mensajes ni políticas a un servicio de traducción con IA y no cobra por traducción. Los nombres del negocio, servicios personalizados, plantillas propias y notas históricas permanecen tal como los escribió el comercio.

每位团队成员都可独立选择自己设备上的工作区语言。新客户会使用默认客户语言，每位客户也可单独设置其他语言。GuardLink、定金文案、预约变更请求和客户收据会保留创建记录时捕获的客户语言。

经审核的语言包直接在 App 内运行。SlotSure 不会把客户姓名、消息或政策文本发送给 AI 翻译服务，也不收取按次翻译费用。商户名称、自定义服务、自定义模板和历史备注会保持商户原始输入，不会擅自翻译。

Chaque membre choisit sa langue d’affichage. La langue des clients se règle séparément, avec une valeur par défaut et un choix par client. Les GuardLinks, demandes d’acompte, changements de rendez-vous et reçus conservent la langue choisie à leur création.

Les packs linguistiques fonctionnent dans l’application, sans traduction en ligne ni frais par message. Les noms, prestations personnalisées, modèles et notes restent tels que vous les avez saisis.

Jedes Teammitglied wählt seine Anzeigesprache. Die Kundensprache wird separat festgelegt, mit einer Vorgabe und einer individuellen Auswahl pro Kunde. GuardLinks, Anzahlungsanforderungen, Terminänderungen und Belege behalten die Sprache ihrer Erstellung.

Sprachpakete laufen in der App, ohne Online-Übersetzung oder Gebühren pro Nachricht. Namen, eigene Leistungen, Vorlagen und Notizen bleiben unverändert.

Cada membro escolhe o idioma da interface. O idioma dos clientes é definido separadamente, com um padrão e uma preferência por cliente. GuardLinks, solicitações de sinal, alterações de agendamento e recibos mantêm o idioma da criação.

Os pacotes funcionam no aplicativo, sem tradução online ou cobrança por mensagem. Nomes, serviços personalizados, modelos e notas permanecem como foram inseridos.

各メンバーが表示言語を選択できます。お客様への連絡言語は別に設定でき、既定値とお客様ごとの設定を利用できます。GuardLink、予約保証金の依頼、予約変更、領収メッセージは作成時の言語を保持します。

言語パックはアプリ内で動作し、オンライン翻訳やメッセージごとの料金はありません。名前、独自のサービス、テンプレート、メモは入力した内容のまま保存されます。

Future languages

Traditional Chinese will be added only after terminology, legal-copy labeling, typography and native layout review are complete. SlotSure does not silently substitute Simplified Chinese for customers who request Traditional Chinese.
